Certified organic Gamay from 40 year old vines planted in limestone soils as opposed to the more common granite and schist in that area. Fermented in concrete tanks with a portion of it whole cluster. Punches well above it's weight price wise. A bit of tannin to balance the ripe fruit flavors. A medium bodied, versatile wine that is just as good on it's own as it is paired with charcuterie, a cheese board, lamb or game.
