Les Vignerons Des Estezargues is a co-operative cellar in the Southern Rhone Valley near Avignon. Most European wine co-ops are focused on quantity over quality with multiple grapes from several vineyards of varying quality are all thrown together and vinified with efficiency in mind. These Vignerons were perhaps the first to focus on organic farming and natural winemaking practices. They don't use cultured yeasts, enzymes, acidifiers, and only add a small amount of sulfur at bottling for stability of the wines that are exported. 

This is a blend of 6 Rhone varietals, primarily Grenache, vinified with lightness and freshness in mind. Aged in concrete tanks for 6 months prior to bottling without fining or filtration and only 20mg/L of SO2. It is a translucent ruby color with aromas of cherry and raspberry. On the palate it's light and fruity with a mild tannic backbone. Best when served with a light chill in warm weather or would be a wonderful addition to the Thanksgiving table.
