She also formulated her own red bitter to serve there and Ginrosa is still made today to that same spec. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eSlightly less bitter and sweet than the omnipresent Campari, but also naturally colored unlike Campari. Flavor-wise, we find it to be remarkably similar to Campari (which we don't sell due to it's use of artificial dyes). Her namesake bar is still open in the heart of Milan and now her Aperitivo is available in the US.
