Populis is the second label of Les Lunes Wines from Richmond, CA. This is a white blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Albariño, Orange Muscat, Colombard from vineyards in Mendocino and Sonoma, all farmed organically. Easy drinking, mineral driven with bright acidity and a clean finish. The grapes are wild fermented separately in neutral barrels and then blended prior to bottling.
