Wonderfully aromatic and pure Gamay from Beaujolais. Cold carbonic maceration and spontaneous fermentation with ambient yeasts with no SO2 added during fermentation or aging. Bottled unfiltered with minimal addition of SO2. Freshness, vibrant aromatics, light bodied Gamay. A delightful everyday red.
