Seven Stars is a blend of Single Malt and Grain Whiskies that are finished in Oloroso Sherry casks. The first thing that stands out besides the old timey label is the dark, Coca Cola-like color of the spirit. This is likely due to the Oloroso cask finishing as they never add any caramel coloring to their whiskies. It is nutty with rich dried fruit notes, complex spice and chocolate.
